  • What services do you offer?
    We offer services such as logos and branding, business cards, flyers, websites, labels, and many other products that can help you promote your business more efficiently. If there is a service that is not listed that you are interested in, under the FORMS tab, at the bottom of that page, you can send us a request for the service that you are needing. We are here to serve all of our clients, as customer satisfaction is our #1 priority!
  • What is your turnaround time for projects?
    The turnaround time for project will be listed within the description of the product/service that you choose. We strive to achieve the best outcome for our clients and making sure we stick to detail, while also assuring that we remain on schedule for any scheduled deadlines. We also offer rush fees in case you are in the need of express turnaround time.
  • What is your process for working with clients?
    When starting with a new client, our first goal is to understand the story behind their brand. We want to incorporate the visuals that they are giving us within the designing process so that it creates a story without having to tell one. We go over the basics of their brand such as brand colors, font, and their logo concept. Once that is complete, We begin working with the client on the project they selected, and depending on the project, we will send proofs to get a better idea of how they envision their product to be. We remain consistent with communicating with our clients so that we are always cohesive and on the right track. After the final revision, we finalize the design with our client in order to proceed to sending them their final files. Once everything is complete, we make sure that we have satisfied their demands by emailing them and letting them know that we am able to help in any way that we can moving forward. Our services does not just end when we press send ☺️
  • What design software do you use?
    Here at SimpliciT's Designs we offer full transparency for our clients regarding our designing process. Our designers have 4+ years of graphic experience, are skilled and creative, and they have earned certifications in the following Design Softwares including: Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop which we mostly use. More recently we have incorporated Canva in order to service our clients with premade templates that they are able to download and edit on their own.
  • How do you handle payment and invoicing?
    Once you find a product or service that you are needing, upon booking or checking out, you will be prompted to make a payment. You can do so by making a payment with your debit or credit card, or you can opt for the PayPal payment option. There are some services that require that you only pay a deposit, please make this selection before adding the product to your cart. We do not handle invoices at this time.
