Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. Reply to that email with all your info and attach your logo! I'll customize your design and send you a proof (preview) via email for approval. Once you receive your preview, you will receive two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions to request any minor changes such as color, typos or item placement.
Digital Only Designs: Once you have given the final approval for your project design, I will send an email with the files ready to download.
Printing quotes are sent separately. To receive an estimate, email your order number, preferred quantity, and label size (inches) to simplicitsdesigns@gmail.com.

Product Info
There will be a half deposit on ALL services before any work may begin. The final amount will be due upon completion of the project. No Exceptions!
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds given on any project. Partial refunds may be issued at the designer's discretion. The revision process is in place to assure that you recieve exactly what you envision for your project.
Cancellation Policy
Both parties may agree to terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. For any projects that require a deposit, if the the client chooses to cancel the project before the completion of the project, the deposit will not be refunded and SimpliciT's Designs reserves the ownership of all original work that was completed.
Client Response Time
The receiving party, The Client, must provide all information requested for project in a timely manner. Should there be a delay on your behalf, naturally, the intended deadline will be delayed as well.
• Any content and information should be emailed within 30 days of the initial payment. The design time will not begin until payment and all content required is received.
• If the client fails to respond for whatever reason, after 45 days of no communication, there will be a restart fee of $70. After 60 days, your project and anything associated with it will become cancelled, and the company will no longer do business with your brand.
• Some projects will require more time to obtain all information needed, all we ask is to be courteous and keep in contact that you will need more time to gather everything once in the revision stage.
In a better effort to help suit your needs, our team will send ONE check in that is dated if we have not heard from you within 35 days of the initial payment.
